2025 BASS BASH Vendor Packet

The Bassmaster Elite Series, founded in 2006, is the highest level of professional bass fishing tournaments. Competitors must qualify for the series through various other tournaments across the country. The pro anglers compete all season for the opportunity to win points toward the Progressive Bassmaster Angler of the Year award and to qualify for the Bassmaster Classic.

The Bassmaster Elite Series will be here in Okeechobee with a four day tournament from Thursday, February 27 – Sunday, March 2nd, 2025.

General Information:

• Dates: March 1st & 2nd, 2025 – Noon-4:00pm each day
• Free Admission Event
• Location: C. Scott Driver Park: 10100 Hwy 78 W, Okeechobee, Fl 34974
• Event held rain or shine

Booth Space:

• Each space is suitable for a 10×10 or 20×10 tent.
• All spaces will be on a grassy area.
• Electricity is not available: quiet generators are permissible.
• No charge for vendor space. Please submit application before February 10th, 2025.

Exhibitor Requirements:

• Vendor is responsible for supplying their own tables, tents, chairs, etc. Booths will have an assigned number and space. Please let us know if you will require more than one space.
• Locations requests can be made, however, Bassmaster and the Festival Coordinator reserve the right to alter the festival layout without prior notification.
• Booth must be open during the entire time of the event and must have a representative present.
• Booths may be left up overnight at the exhibitor’s own risk. Okeechobee County and Bassmaster are not responsible for damage or theft before,
  during, or after festival hours. There will be overnight security at the venue.
• No alcohol is permitted in the booth space during the festival.
• Bassmaster and Okeechobee County reserve the right to reject a booth based on the type of business represented to avoid conflicts of interest with
  Bassmaster Elite Sponsors.

Booth Sales:

• Exhibitors will not be allowed to sell, display or promote any obscene, dangerous or illegal items. All booths must be in good taste and appropriate for families.
• All sales must be done within your booth space. No roaming exhibitors will be allowed.
• Exhibitors may accept any form of payment. Exhibitor is responsible for providing change and charging appropriate sales tax.
• Certain goods may not be allowed for sale per the Bassmaster Elite agreement. Please verify types of products, goods, or services being sold are allowable per this agreement.

Set Up and Clean Up:

• Vehicles are prohibited from driving or parking on festival grounds during the festival hours. Designated set up and take down times will be scheduled.
• Booths must be kept neat before, during, and after the event.
• A dumpster will be provided
• Set up:
• Saturday, March 1st – 9:00am-4:00pm
• Sunday, March 2nd- 9:00am-4:00am
• Tear Down:
• All vendors: After 4pm each evening.
• Additional clean up time can be made available on Monday, March 3rd.
