We’re thrilled to introduce the Park Street Perks Challenge — a new app-based promotion designed to support and spotlight the amazing small businesses right here on Park Street!

This exciting initiative will run from July 12 through September 30, and we’d love to have your business participate at no cost.

🔍 What Is the Park Street Perks Challenge?

It’s a fun and interactive shopping experience hosted through the Visit Okeechobee County App. The goal is to encourage locals and visitors to explore Park Street and support our downtown shops.

Participants who complete the challenge will earn exclusive Visit Okeechobee County merchandise — and have a chance to win exclusive discounts or perks from participating stores along the way.

🛍️ How It Works for Shoppers:

1. Download the Visit Okeechobee County App

2. Go to the “Challenges” section and select Park Street Perks

3. Visit at least 5 participating Park Street businesses

4. Spend $5 or more at each and receive a unique code

5. Enter all codes in the app and submit the challenge to win a prize!

🏪 How It Works for Your Business:

• You sign up online to participate below

• We’ll provide you with:

  • A custom code tied to your business

  • An optional QR sign for quick app access

  • Promotion through WOKC Radio, Lake Okeechobee News, Newsletters, Social media, and email. 

• When a shopper makes a $5+ purchase, you give them the code to enter into their app

• That’s it! There’s no cost, no catch — just increased visibility and community buzz

  📣 VIP Tote Perk Opportunity:

  The first 20 shoppers who spend $50 or more at any participating business will receive an exclusive Visit Okeechobee County VIP Tote Bag.

  Here’s where your business can shine:

  • You can choose to offer a special perk or discount to shoppers who bring in the tote

  • Perks can be simple (like 10% off, a free sticker, or a small gift with purchase) — whatever fits your business best

  • These VIP shoppers will be encouraged to revisit participating businesses throughout the promotion, increasing repeat traffic

🎁 Bonus Exposure:

All participating businesses will be listed in the app and promoted through:
