About the Challenge
Chobee Perks is a summer long community challenge designed to highlight Okeechobee’s small business owners and encourage locals and visitors to shop local. Using the Visit Okeechobee County App, participants check in at participating locations, unlock perks, and earn entries into multiple giveaways.

How It Works
• Download the Visit Okeechobee County App
• Click Challenges and create an account to play
• Visit businesses on the list that participate in the challenge across Okeechobee County.
• Scan the QR code at each location to check in. Some businesses may have minimal purchase requirements to scan their QR Code.
• Every 5 check ins unlocks the perk available from the business of your choice, if applicable.
• Every 5 check ins also earns one entry into the Grand Prize Giveaway.
• The more places you explore, the more perks and entries you earn.

How to Enter
• Like and share the official Pontoon Boat Tour Giveaway post (launching June 14th).
• Scan 5 QR codes from 5 different participating Chobee Perks businesses.
• Email: tourism@okeechobeecountyfl.gov once you have completed all requirements so your entry can be verified.
• Gain 1 entry into the Pontoon Boat Tour Giveaway.

Eligibility
• Open to individuals 18 years or older for prize eligibility.
• Minors may participate in check ins but cannot win prizes.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• QR codes must be scanned in person at participating businesses.
• QR codes may not be shared, copied, or scanned remotely.
• Perks cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Visit Okeechobee County Tourism is a non profit governmental tourism office.
We do not sell products, collect payments, or profit from the challenge.
Our role is limited to hosting the challenge platform through the Visit Okeechobee County App.

• All perks and giveaways are provided and fulfilled solely by participating businesses.
• Tourism, Okeechobee County, the Chamber of Commerce, and Okeechobee Main Street are not responsible for perk availability, quality, or fulfillment. . If there is any issue with redeeming a perk through a participating business, please email tourism@okeechobeecountyfl.gov and we may be able to offer a prize to supplement a perk that you have earned but may have issues obtaining due to availability.

• Tourism is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or visits to businesses.
